. Research background:Robotics is the intersection of science, engineering and technology that produces machines, called robots that substitute human actions. Robot is a machine that can move and do certain tasks. Robots are controlled by a computer program and electronic circuitry. They directly controlled by humans. Most robots do a specific job and they do not always look like humans. It is made up of the very same components. Basic typical robot has a movable physical structure, motor of some sort and sensor system. Power supply and computer brain that controls all of these elements. Essentially, robots are human-made versions of animal life they are machines that replicate human and animal behavior. Automatically operate machine that replaces human effort. It may not resemble human beings in appearance or perform functions in a humanlike manner. Robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the programming law. Introduction:More than 130 years of innovation. In 1901 BBCo build first steam turbine. 1954 the worlds first high voltage direct current (DC) transmission line opens. 1974 ASEA unveils the world first all-electric robot. 1988 BBC and ASEA come together to form the modern ABB. 2015 ABB launches a revolutionary YuMi becomes the first in line of collaborative robots designed to work hand in hand with humans. ABB is one of the top industrial robot manufacturers in the world. ABB robots can automate a wide variety of manufacturing applications including robotic assembly, welding automation, robotic packaging, painting, material handling and automated material removal. More advanced computer-controlled electric arms guided by sensors were developedResearch and development trend:Labor costs are rising in our new era. Many fields are very harmful for human life so we must need to improvement of product quality requirements in manufacturing industry. It can help to live life easier for human beings. For more manufacturing without robot its quite tough for made product efficient and big amount. Now robots are used in manufacturing to take on repetitive tasks, which streamlines the overall assembly workflow. Robots also collaborate with humans for product production. Many jobs are dangerous or include high volumes of materials, which can be harmful to human workers. Even in the short-term, employees may experience fatigue or become distracted due to the repetitive nature of their work, which can cause them to make errors Robots become more advanced, eventually there may be a standard computer operating system designed mainly for robots. Robot operating system is open-source set of programs being developed. Various techniques have emerged to develop the science of robotics and robots. One method is evolutionary robotics, in which a number of differing robots are submitted to tests. Those which perform best are used as a model to create a subsequent generation of robots. Another method is developmental robotics, which tracks changes and development within a single robot in the areas of problem-solving and other functions. Another new type of robot is just recently introduced which acts both as a smartphone and robot and is named Robo-Hon. ROS provides ways to program a robots navigation and limbs regardless of the specific hardware involved. It also provides high-level commands for items like image recognition and even opening doors. When ROS boots up on a robots computer, it would obtain data on attributes such as the length and movement of robots limbs. It would relay this data to higher-level algorithms. Robots can avoid making such mistakes because of their dexterity and high levels of machine learning. Robotic manufacturing systems may be a relatively new concept for some parts of the manufacturing sector, although the technology has existed for decades. By combining traditional production methods with higher forms of technology, factory managers and business owners can exponentially increase their production rates and boost their bottom line. Robots have changed manufacturing in a myriad of positive ways. The impact of automated manufacturing spreads far and wide, improving productivity and success for the entire company. When human employees are freed from tasks that robots can easily perform, they can extend more of their energy to contributing much-needed knowledge and ideas within higher organizational roles. When implemented correctly, robotics creates an undeniable upward shift within a businesss operations.ConclusionHighly intelligent robots fill public service positions throughout the world.
