白藜芦醇通过巨噬细胞保护血管的研究进展

【摘要】白藜芦醇（Resveratrol）是一种含有芪类结构的非黄酮类多酚化合物，具有抗炎、抗氧化、清除自由基作用，还具有抑制血小板聚集、调节血脂和防止动脉粥样硬化等多种生物活性，对心血管系统有潜在的保护作用。本文主要综述了目前报道的白藜芦醇通过巨噬细胞产生保护作用的多种机制，以便更清晰地理解白藜芦醇对心血管的保护作用。

Protective effect of resveratrol on atherosclerosis

[Abstract]Resveratrol is a kind of non-flavonoid polyphenol compound containing astragalus structure.It has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and free radical scavenging effects,as well as inhibiting platelet aggregation,regulating blood lipid and preventing atherosclerosis,and so on many kinds of biological activity,has potential protective effect on cardiovascular system.and this artical mainly reviews the various mechanisms of the current report of resveratrol,which is reported to be used to protect the cells,so that more clearly the protection of resveratrol in cardiovascular.
