摘要:心肌纤维化是以心脏间质成纤维细胞过度增殖、胶原过度沉积及异常分布为特征的心脏间质重构,目前主要认为其发病机制与肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、炎症反应、细胞凋亡等存在密切关系,临床上采用血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂、醛固酮拮抗剂、中药等多种药物从不同角度治疗心肌纤维化。

Abstract:Myocardial fibrosis is featured by excessive proliferation of cardiac fibroblast and collagen deposition.It has been found to relate with renin-angioten
-sin-aldosterone system,inflammation,apoptosis,etc.Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists, aldosterone antagonists, traditional Chinese medicine and other drugs were used to treat myocardial fibrosis.

心肌纤维化(myocardial fibrosis,MF)是指心肌正常组织结构中出现的以细胞增殖、细胞外基质过度沉积为主要表现的疾病[1,2],其与心律失常、心功能障碍甚至心脏性猝死密切相关。近年来人们在这方面进行了很多研究, 取得了系列成果, 现综述如下。
