摘 要:人体肠道中栖息着数量庞大、 种类繁多的微生物,这些微生物与其所寄居的肠道环境组成了肠道微生态系统。肠内菌微生物种类繁多,含酶丰富,对中药成分的转化有着相当重要的作用,肠道菌群对中药成分的生物转化以水解为主,不少苷类成分肠菌代谢为苷元后更易吸收发挥药效。该文基于肠道菌群在中药糖苷类成分体内代谢及药效发挥中的重要作用,综述了骨质酥松病理状态下肠道菌群变化情况,以及淫羊藿在体内代谢后的产物、生理活性,并针对双歧杆菌在骨质酥松病理状态下调节肠道微生态促淫羊藿苷酶解进行了初步探讨。

Research on Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Intestinal Microecological Proliferation of Osteoporosis in Bacteroides of Bifidobacterium
Abstract:A large number and wide varieties of microorganisms colonize in the human gastrointestinal tract. They construct an intestinal microecological system in the intestinal environment.Intestinal tract contains a wide rangeof intestinal bacteria and abundant enzymes, and plays a very significant role in the transformation of Chinese medicine.Based on the important role of intestinal flora in the metabolism and pharmacodynamics of glycosides in Chinese medicine, the changes of intestinal flora under the pathological condition of bone crisp and the products of metabolism of Epimedium in vivo were reviewed. And to investigate the enzymatic hydrolysis of bifidobacterium in the pathogenesis of bone crisp.
