文 献 综 述建筑给排水节能节水常见问题及措施摘要：随着当前我国社会经济的高速发展，越来越多的大型高层建筑朝着绿色建筑的趋势发展。

基于当今时代的可持续发展观，绿色、环保、节能的概念深入人心。

然而水资源短缺一直都是当今社会亟待解决的一大难题，绿色建筑的产生以及节能节水的设计也顺应时代发展的需求。

本文献综述基于分析绿色建筑给排水设计的重要性，以及目前绿色建筑给排水设计中存在的问题，并且针对问题得到解决措施和绿色建筑的广泛应用。

However, the shortage of water resources has always been a major problem to be solved urgently in todays society. The production of green buildings and the design of energy saving and water saving are also in line with the needs of the development of the times. This literature review is based on the analysis of the importance of green building water supply and drainage design, as well as the problems existing in the current green building water supply and drainage design, and solutions to the problems and the wide application of green buildings.Key words: Building water supply and drainage, green building, energy saving, water saving一、前言在当今社会发展趋势下，淡水资源已经较为匮乏，如何降低浪费和消耗，最大化的提升水资源的利用率，已经成为各行各业的重点问题。

基于节能环保的发展战略，绿色节能环保建筑开始逐步发展。

如何节约水资源、降低能耗是绿色建筑首要考虑的问题。

绿色建筑中通过对给水排水的节能设计，回收利用，优化管道系统，使用环保材料等方面进行改造，从而有利于减少建筑用水浪费，提升建筑企业的竞争力，顺应节能环保的发展战略。

绿色建筑不仅仅是行业发展的需要更是紧密的关系到群众的利益。
